Top three SUP technique resources

The following websites and videos are our top three SUP technique resource picks that we recommend to our athletes.

#1: Get started with Dave Kalama: All SUP athletes are encouraged to check Dave’s blog from time to time. He posts short and sweet. Tips and  tricks are presented without fluff so you wont waste your time. Start with his older technique posts and work your way forward.

#2: Continue your education with Jim Terrell’s Dry land clinic: Jim is an olympic athlete and owner of Quickblade paddles. This little video is a short clinic on the proper SUP paddle stroke.

#3: . Perfect your SUP paddle technique with Jim Terrell. In this two part series of videos Jim uses video analysis to go through some finer points of the SUP stroke. There is alot of information here. Stick with them.
